Pacific Birch Estate

Chosen for its timeless beauty from elegant to rustic…traditional to contemporary, Wilsonart Flooring satisfies the taste for flooring that’s as unique as you are. Every home decorating adventure begins with a first step. And we hope that by browsing through Wilsonart’s exciting and eclectic flooring collections, you’ll be inspired to take the first step in your own decorating journey. Chosen for its timeless beauty, Wilsonart flooring delivers the authentic look of wood – along with several advantages. The surface is impervious to sunlight: it won’t fade or suffer surface damage from exposure to the sun’s natural rays. It’s also scratch and dent resistant – so you can actually ‘live’ in your living room without worrying about damaging the floor. Wilsonart Flooring also sparkles when it comes to maintenance. It never needs waxing or refinishing –and routine cleaning is as simple as sweeping or a quick once-over with an electrostatic floor cleaner.

Width

Wilsonart Flooring wood grain designs come in two board widths: 73⁄4” or 5”. The width of the individual boards can dramatically influence the finished look of your floor – select the style that best complements your home’s overall look and remember that some colors come in both widths that can be mixed-and-matched to create a truly unique design statement.

Texture

From smooth and subtle to deeply chiseled, handcrafted styles, Wilsonart Flooring brings you a whole new world of texture in laminate flooring designs. Amazing technologies now allow us to re-create nature’s most beautiful looks…in a material designed for the way you live today.

Edgy Details

Do you want to create a low contrast, seamless appearance…or a high-contrast dramatic effect? With Wilsonart Flooring, you can choose the smooth look of square edges or a beveled edge treatment that adds dimension and depth to the finished floor.

HPL Construction –the Wilsonart Difference

High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is manufactured at 1400 PSI of pressure. In comparison, Direct Pressure Laminate (DPL)is manufactured at 300-500 PSI. The higher the pressure used in the manufacture of laminate, the harder and more resistant to scuffing and scratching the laminate surface. Just as Diamonds are the hardest of all minerals, High Pressure Laminate is the hardest and toughest of all laminate.

HPL Advantages

  • Better wear resistance – fewer scuffs and scratches
  • Better static load capacity – no dimpling
  • Better impact resistance – no denting
  • Better design clarity – higher sheen levels
  • High in-carton product integrity – less damage
  • in handling, less damage during installation, no chipped corners
