Being an engineered product it is well suited for installation below grade, over concrete and even over existing floors. This floor uses the Uniclic joint, a patented joint guaranteed to resist gapping, warping and cupping. During installation no glue or nails are required.
As with all TORLYS Smart Floors, it comes with a 25-year Residential Wear Warranty and Lifetime Structual and Joint Integrity Warranty.
